SARAJEVO, November 18 (FENA) - Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mirsad Zaimović met with Head of the World Bank Office for BiH and Montenegro Emanuel Salinas today.
They discussed World Bank projects that are being implemented and are planning to be implemented in the Federation of BiH. They expressed mutual satisfaction with the activities so far and the willingness to continue cooperation on similar projects in the future.
In particular, the two officials discussed the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Project and the implementation of the Banking Sector Strengthening Project. Zaimović informed Salinas that the House of Representatives has adopted decisions to implement these projects, and that in the future, the House is ready to support all development projects that will benefit citizens and affect a positive environment.
Speaker Zaimovič expressed his appreciation to the Head of the World Bank Office for his interest in BiH, hoping to enhance cooperation with the World Bank as an important partner, and stressed the need to monitor the implementation of projects supported by the World Bank in BiH, which was also the conclusion of the meeting, the Office of the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament announced.
