SARAJEVO, November 19 (FENA) - The BiH Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić and the Presidency members, Šefik Džaferović and Milorad Dodik received the State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of the Interior of the Federal Republic of Germany, Stephan Mayer.
Members of the BiH Presidency received a high-level delegation from the Federal Republic of Germany, appointed by Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel, led by Parliamentary Secretary of State Mayer.
The current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina was one of the key topics discussed.
Among the major ones was also the migrant crisis, as well as the modalities for overcoming the existing situation and finding a sustainable solution.
The bilateral support of the Federal Republic of Germany on this issue was also reiterated, as was engagement through the EU projects.
The need for coordination and cooperation at all levels was emphasized in order to address the issue and status of migrants on the European continent.
The BiH Presidency members thanked for the support and continued involvement of Chancellor Merkel and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on the issues of interest to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the BiH Presidency stated.
