SARAJEVO, November 20 (FENA) - Pope Francis sent out blessings for the people in Bosnia and Herzegovina as he flew over our country on his apostolic journey to Thailand and Japan.
As FENA learns from the office of the BiH Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić, a pilot of Alitalia airplane flying to Bangkok on Tuesday evening, at the frequency of approach control Sarajevo, sent out a message for Chairman Komšić. Pope Francis was on this plane, who requested that a message be sent.
“To his Excellency, Željko Komšić, Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, as I fly across Bosnia and Herzegovina on my apostolic journey to Thailand and Japan, I send cordial greetings to your Excellency and your fellow citizens, imposing the blessings of mighty God for the nation and I pray that He may grant you peace and well-being,” wrote Pope Francis in his message.
