He hopes that parties will submit proposals of their candidates on time. Tegeltija believes that a new convocation of the Council of Ministers of BiH should be appointed in due course.

“There is enough time for this work to be completed by New Year, even though it is a bit difficult by the fact that holidays are coming. According to the dates mentioned in the media, which are December 18 and 23, when there should be sessions, I will be ready for them,” Tegeltija added.

He also reiterated that the Reform Program document would be a framework for cooperation with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) as it had been adopted by the competent authority (BiH Presidency) and would be sent to Brussels.

“I will respect the Constitution of BiH and the constitutional competencies of all institutions, and the BiH Constitution defines very clearly the position of the BiH Presidency and the relationship between the BiH Presidency and the Council of Ministers of BiH. We are obliged to carry out documents and decision in the field of of foreign policy and defense, which is under the authority of the BiH Presidency,” concluded Tegeltija.
