SARAJEVO, December 29 (FENA) - This is not a session, there are no legal acts, and services are not working today. We will prepare the document and forward it to the Constitutional Court on Monday, former speaker of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly Elmedin Konaković told reporters yesterday.
Commenting on the session of the new majority, he emphasized that new majority "is trying to trick and that a coup is taking place in the Sarajevo Canton”.
“Today, SDA, SBB and DF demonstrated the worst possible form of system crash and derogate documents on which the rule of law lies, thus sending a message of what they want to do,” Konaković said, adding that this would result in paralyzing the establishment of the government for a longer period.
He emphasized that they had scheduled everything new majority asked, and they planned to discuss it at the regular session on January 16.
“The decisions they now adopt are legally null and void, we will easily prove it at court. The chairman cannot perform this function until he is appointed at a regular session,” Konaković said.
He pointed out that a new majority would have been legally formed in 20 days.
