SARAJEVO, January 16 (FENA) - Chairman of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Adil Osmanović reiterated today that additional consultations should be held regarding the appointment of the Minister for Human Rights and Refugees.

Confirmation of the appointment of BiH Minister for Human Rights and Refugees Mladjan Božović to the position proposed by DNS was to be on the agenda of today's session of the House of Representatives, but this item was removed from the agenda by Council of Ministers Chairman Zoran Tegeltija (SNSD) as the proponent.

Osmanović noted that the SDA expected the coalition partners to comply with the agreement to nominate a minister who was not politically engaged.

“We wish it was a professor who had many published papers on human rights. This was also known to the SNSD, but we will see what will happen,” Osmanović concluded.
