Kristić: Session to vote on no confidence to SC Government on January 29

SARAJEVO, January 20 (FENA) - Sarajevo Cantonal Assembly Speaker Danijela Kristić (People and Justice Party) confirmed for FENA that Cantonal Assembly deputies will vote on no confidence in the SC Government at the session on January 29.

“If the government is dismissed, MP Mirza Čelik will be the new speaker of the SC Assembly,” Kristic said, adding that she hopes that the cantonal government would not be dismissed after all and that one of the deputies would "act as Jasna Duraković".

Party of Democratic Action (SDA), the Alliance for a Better Future (SBB) and the Democratic Front (DF) have reached an agreement today with leaders of the People and Justice Party (NiP), Our Party (NS), the BiH Independent List (NBL), and independent representatives on unblocking of the establishment of power in the Sarajevo Canton.  

It was agreed to schedule a session for Thursday, January 23, at which the Decision on interim financing of SC Institutions in the first quarter of 2020 should be adopted, and the date for holding a session of the Assembly on January 29 was approved.
