SARAJEVO, January 26 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency member Milorad Dodik congratulated President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping on the occasion of the Chinese New Year, wishing that it would bring peace, prosperity and well being to the friendly people of that country.
“The year ahead should open up new possibilities for us, bring prosperity and give wisdom. Allow me to extend my sincerest congratulations with the best wishes for the peace and well being to the friendly people of the People’s Republic of China. Appreciating your efforts in promotion of peace and equality of all peoples, I once again want to express my full support to your Belt and Road Initiative which is providing new opportunities in the upcoming year to work on strengthening of close friendly relations of our peoples," stated Dodik.
The upcoming Summit of the China Initiative plus 17 Central and Eastern European Countries, to be held in Beijing on April 15 and 16, will be a great opportunity to further enhance cooperation between BiH and China, it is said in a statement from the BiH Presidency.
