SARAJEVO, February 4 (FENA) - At the beginning of the session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Zoran Tegeltija, said that the ANP no longer exists as a document in the BiH Council of Ministers and cannot be discussed.

As part of the agenda item at which MPs ask questions to members of the BiH Council of Ministers and they respond promptly, MP Dragan Mektić asked Tegeltija when he would put the ANP on the agenda of the Council of Ministers session?

“Since the ANP still exists in the Council of Ministers of BiH, when will you put it in the session of the Council of Ministers and, as such, to shoot it down in that session,” Mektić asked.

Chairman Tegeltija explained that a document called the ANP was on the list of some 450 active cases that were in the Secretariat of the BiH Council of Ministers when the new convocation of the BiH Council of Ministers was elected.

He added that the Council of Ministers of BiH made a decision to inform the line ministries and document legislators so they can decide what they want to do with these documents.

According to him, the majority of ministries, that is, the line ministers, decided what to do with these documents. Part of the documents were withdrawn from the procedure, some were retained and the Council of Ministers discusses and decides on them.

“When it comes to some of the documents, including the ANP, the legislator has not voted. At its first session, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina reached a conclusion in which it concluded that all the items in the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, which were not voted by the legislators and are older than 1 January 2019, will not be considered in this form at session of the Council of Ministers of BiH,” Tegeltija explained.

In accordance with this, he added, the ANP no longer exists as a document in the BiH Council of Ministers and cannot be discussed or put on the agenda to vote.
