SARAJEVO, February 4 (FENA) – Speaker of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Snježana Novaković-Bursać told reporters today that the procedure for appointing new convocation of the BiH Council of Ministers has been completed, as far as they are concerned.
“In terms of appointments, in terms of confirmation, the SNSD is not the one that is blocking. You know who is obstructing political agreement and who is blocking, all these months, the establishment of the functionality of all institutions,” said Bursać-Novaković, adding that she meant the Party of Democratic Action.
Responding to the journalist's statement that the SDA is a coalition partner of the SNSD, she replied that they are not their coalition partners, but that they are partners in forming joint bodies.
“There have been some requests from that party regarding entity levels. We are ready to talk about entity levels at that level. As far as constituting joint bodies is concerned, the story is agreed and completed. Implementation is not part of the formation of the BiH Council of Ministers, but it is not part of many other appointments as well, so the process continues,” stated Bursać-Novaković.
When asked about the ANP press, she said that "the ANP does not exist."
“The representatives of PDP and SDS were the loudest when it comes to the ANP discussion. I think that these reactions are conditioned, first of all, by disappointment because sending the Reform Program, which did happen, nothing spectacular happened on BiH's path and cooperation with the NATO, and they actually left the BiH Council of Ministers,” said Novaković-Bursać.
Asked whether MAP was activated or not, she replied "of course not" and that it has the same status as it was last year and the year before.
