BANJA LUKA, February 13 (FENA) - A session of the Collegium of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RSNA) will be held in Banja Luka tomorrow, which should schedule the date for the 10th special session of the entity parliament at the request of RS President Željko Cvijanović regarding decisions of Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Cvijanović suggested only one item for the session, which is entitled: "Information regarding the anti-Dayton action of the Constitutional Court of BiH".
The session of the parliamentary collegium for tomorrow was scheduled by RS Speaker Nedeljko Čubrilovic.
BiH Presidency member from RS Milorad Dodik said earlier that the RS National Assembly session would be held on Monday, February 17, and that certain positions would be adopted on further steps by the RS, which does not accept the BiH Constitutional Court's decision on the Law on Agriculture Land in RS.
He said in a statement today in East Sarajevo that "RS has embarked on a path to exit from BiH, from which there is no return, unless it returns to Dayton jurisdiction".
