Novalić: FBiH has not, nor would it ever participate in entity line discussions

SARAJEVO, February 18 (FENA) – Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Fadil Novalić has rejected claims from the Republika Srpska that talks on the entity line have begun.

He made it clear that the Federation of BiH did not, nor would it ever participate in, any entity line discussions.

He thus briefly commented on one of the eight conclusions adopted yesterday in the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (RSNA).

With this conclusion, the RSNA tasked the RS Government to continue the earlier negotiations with the FBiH Government with a view to defining the borderline between the entities, in accordance with Annex II of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in BiH.

Otherwise, eight conclusions were adopted by which the entity parliament, among other things, obliges RS representatives in the BiH institutions to propose in the BiH Parliamentary Assembly the adoption of Law on foreign judges’ employment termination and election of domestic judges in the BiH Constitutional Court.
