SARAJEVO, February 28 (FENA) - Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fadil Novalić congratulated today, on behalf of the Government of the Federation of BiH and himself, all the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina March 1 - the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“My dear fellow Bosnians and Herzegovinians, thanks to the decision that was made 28 years ago, we live in a free and independent state. In 1992, we decided to make Bosnia and Herzegovina an independent, sovereign and single state of equal peoples and citizens. It is our ongoing task to show and affirm on a daily basis a commitment to the state and a willingness to protect what we stand for, and to teach our young people these values.
Let us be proud that we are citizens of an internationally recognized state and may it encourage us to safeguard and build Bosnia and Herzegovina, our beloved homeland.
I wish all citizens of BiH a happy Independence Day, as it is one of the most important dates in our country's long and rich history,” stated FBiH Prime Minister Novalić in his letter of congratulations.
