ZENICA, March 10 (FENA) - Head of the Crisis Staff for combating coronavirus and Health Minister of the Zenica-Doboj Canton Adnan Jupić, confirmed in a statement to FENA last evening that the first case of coronavirus has been registered in the canton on Monday.
“We just received confirmation that the test results are positive. It is a female person from Zenica who was residing in Italy and was under medical supervision or self-isolation.
She had milder symptoms and was tested by our medical staff and tested positive. On Tuesday, she will be admitted to the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Zenica Cantonal Hospital into an isolation ward or the inpatient station,” Jupić explained.
"Everything is under control and there is no room for panic," said Jupić, who announced a new session of the ZD Crisis Staff to be held on Tuesday.
