SARAJEVO, March 11 (FENA) - Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Gordana Tadić assessed today's session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly on the state of BiH justice, very important for all three pillars of government.

Tadić told media that the situation in the judiciary was to be discussed at a thematic session today, and that reports on the prosecution's work should be discussed at a regular session.

She pointed out that they had indicted one of the Constitutional Court's decisions concerning the referendum in the Republika Srpska, but the Court of BiH rejected it.

“We believe that there was no element of crime, but that there were moral elements, since they received remuneration for their work,” emphasized Tadić.

President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH, Milan Tegeltija, said that with a few excesses, the hearing was correct and was mainly constructive.

He believes that the session was not properly prepared because they did not have any materials and that it was general.

President of the Court of BiH, Ranko Debevec, thinks that the interaction of the legislative and judicial authorities is good, because there are some misunderstandings, and that it is good to discuss professional issues that parliamentarians do not know because they are not lawyers.

“It would be good idea to hold such sessions more often,” Debevec pointed out.
