MOSTAR, March 19 (FENA) - The Democratic Front (DF) calls on Health Minister of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (HNC) Goran Opsenica to resign immediately due to the coronavirus situation in Mostar.
"Even two days after the chaos that arose from the irresponsibility at the University Clinical Center, which caused the spread of coronavirus, Minister Goran Opsenica did not find it appropriate to address the public, let alone claim responsibility from those in charge," the DF said in a statement.
DF urges Government and Prime Minister of HNC to immediately dismiss the Minister and thus demonstrate that irresponsibility in these crisis times will not be tolerated.
"Otherwise, the public and citizens can rightly think that the HNC Government is accomplice in sabotage prevention measures and covering up an act that can turn into a huge tragedy," the DF announced.
