HJPC - Proceedings in cases against the population health an absolute priority

SARAJEVO, March 27 (FENA) - The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) on Thursday held a telephone session addressing, among other, issues of relevance to the continued work of the judiciary in the emerging situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

The HJPC adopted a conclusion on the initiative to adopt an interim measure to be implemented in the judicial authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the time of the state of natural or other disaster.

At the same time, the Decision was made that dealing with criminal cases against public health is an absolute priority of all judicial institutions in BiH.
