Sarajevo Canton Government prohibits gatherings of more than 20 people

SARAJEVO, March 29 (FENA) - Commander of the Civil Protection Service Crisis Staff and Minister of the Municipal Economy and Infrastructure of the Sarajevo Canton Nihada Glamoč said at a press conference today that the Government has reached a conclusion at the session that all gatherings, both public and private, of more than 20 persons are forbidden.

“When it comes to the restriction of movement for persons under the age 18 and over 65, or the question of whether this order will be abolished, I urge them to abide by this order because the Civil Protection Service Crisis Staff and the Sarajevo Canton Government, through the municipal staffs and the Red Cross, make every effort to ensure that everyone over 65 gets aid,” explained Minister Glamoč.

She also announced that the disinfection of public areas and all housing units will continue, adding that the activity will be completed within three days, the Press Office of the Sarajevo Canton stated.
