Ajdinović: Decrease in the number of passenger numbers at border crossings

SARAJEVO, April 1 (FENA) - A decrease in the number of passengers entering the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina at 15 border crossings has been evident in recent days, and from mid-March to today, 20,615 passengers have been placed under health monitoring, with 14-day isolation measures, said today at a press conference a member of the FBiH Civil Protection Service Crisis Staff and Director of the FBiH Inspection Directorate, Anis Ajdinović. 

"As of today, isolation measures have been issued for 2,011 people by FBiH sanitary inspectors. So far, isolation measures have expired for 7,850 people," said Ajdinović. 

He recalled that they have once again published the list of persons in breach of isolation measure and that the method has proved effective.

Regarding the aspect of the control of price increase, he says that a team has been formed that performs daily inspection, and so far 116 violations of the law have been identified and sanctions issued totaling at  213,350 KM.

"The majority of business entities did not violate the regulations and bear the burden together with citizens of the Federation of BiH," said Ajdinović.

He announced that the FBiH Directorate for Inspection Affairs would continue to work on 15 border crossings, and that any person crossing the border would go into isolation.
