SARAJEVO, April 5 (FENA) – Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić urged responsible and conscientious citizens to try, through their responsible approach that they have had so far, to further prevent the trend of apparent relaxation in certain citizens regarding strict adherence to prescribed measures on self-isolation and reduced movement during the pandemic.
“Bosnia and Herzegovina is not a police state or dictatorship that violently denies freedom of movement to citizens. However, at this time of crisis, we must all be aware that we cannot go where we want, and that we, as responsible citizens, must abide by it. We must not endanger one another, and we must have patience. I believe that none of us consciously wants to endanger somebody by giving ourselves more freedom than the freedom that others have. Let's wait for a while. In this way we will do good to ourselves and others too,” Komšić said in a statement for FENA.
