BANJA LUKA, April 5 (FENA) - Republika Srpska (RS) Minister of Health and Social Welfare Alen Šeranić announced today that all quarantine people would be tested for coronavirus before leaving such facilities, which were formed to protect the public citizens' health.

If, he says, there is a need for a particular person to be tested during their quarantine stay, it will be done, according to the assessment of health workers in those establishments, which accommodate persons entering the RS from one of the BiH border crossings, in the territory of that entity.

Šeranić said that quarantines are not comfortable because, he says, all citizens have come out of their area of comfort with the appearance of coronavirus.

“The comfort and interest of the individual will never be placed above the community and above public health. If we can all behave responsibly, then I also expect people who are quarantined to have an understanding and to be responsible and endure those 14 days,” said the Minister.

He agrees that it is not easy to be quarantined as well as in home isolation, but stresses that these are obligations that must be fulfilled for health reasons.
