BIHAĆ, April 9 (FENA) - The crisis staff of the Una-Sana Canton Ministry of Health (USC) announced this morning that two more people from Bihać and one from Cazin have tested positive for coronavirus.
"We first obtained the results of tests for coronavirus for 42 samples sent two days ago and confirmed that two were positive. These are the persons from Bihać. Also, the results of 33 swabs sent yesterday arrived this morning. In this batch of testing in the reference laboratory in Sarajevo, one person from Cazin was positive," said Cantonal Minister of Health Nermina Ćemalović.
Currently, there are 37 infected persons in the Una-Sana Canton, and two patients from Bihać have been cured. In this part of BiH, five deaths are associated with COVID-19.
Director of the Cantonal Hospital "Dr. Irfan Ljubijankic" in Bihać, Hajrudin Havić, said that six patients are currently hospitalized in the isolation ward of the Infectious Diseases Department and that their condition was stable.
