Izetbegović and Zvizdić urge Bevanda to sign Letter of Intent without delay

FENA Press release

SARAJEVO, April 10 (FENA) - A member of the collegium of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Bakir Izetbegović and a member of the collegium of the House of Representatives, Denis Zvizdić called on the BiH Finance Minister Vjekoslav Bevanda to sign and send a Letter of Intent to the IMF without delay, stated the SDA.

At the moment, all members of the Fiscal Council from both entities have signed a Letter of Intent with the IMF, with the exception of Minister Bevanda and FBiH Finance Minister Jelka Milićević, who are conditioning their signature on political demands for which they have no basis or valid argument.

"That is why, as members of the collegia of the highest legislative body in the country, we urge the HDZ ministers to sign the Letter without delay, and that Minister Bevanda immediately send it to the International Monetary Fund,"  Izetbegovic and Zvizdić said today.
