SARAJEVO, April 12 (FENA) - The BiH Armed Forces helicopter has continued its firefighting operation near Mostar today, after which it was sent to a fire engulfed location near Konjic.
The UH-1H helicopter crew from the 2nd helicopter squadron of the Air Force and Air Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina continued to extinguish the fire in the zone of Livče near Mostar as of this morning, it is said in a statement of the Ministry of Defense of BiH.
The forest fires in locations around the city of Mostar are being extinguished since Friday, 10 April. All firefighting efforts are conducted with all necessary safety precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
