SARAJEVO, May 5 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željko Komšić, paid tribute to the murdered children of Sarajevo by laying flowers at the Memorial to the Murdered Children in the Besieged Sarajevo 1992-1995.
He emphasized that killing the children of besieged Sarajevo is a memorable and incurable wound on the soul of the city of Sarajevo.
“It is our moral duty and obligation to remember these painful memories through teaching new generations about the importance of a memory culture. We must not and will not allow the evil that happened to Sarajevo to ever happen again,” said BiH Presidency member Željko Komšić.
