SARAJEVO, May 6 (FENA) - A member of the Crisis Staff of the FBiH Ministry of Health and the Head of the Epidemiology Service of the FBiH Institute of Public Health, Sanjin Musa, said today that 603 samples were tested in the FBiH in the last 24 hours, 11 of which tested positive for COVID-19 and added that new cases were registered in the Una-Sana and Zenica-Doboj Cantons.
He pointed out that so far, a total of 20.481 samples had been tested, and that COVID-19 had been confirmed in 953 people.
Currently, 38 people are hospitalized and three persons are on a ventilator.
He noted that 522 patients recovered, while 398 are still active and that 33 deaths were recorded.
Musa concluded that adjustments to the measures would be phased in a controlled sequence in order to determine side effects.
