BANJA LUKA, May 21 (FENA) - President of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) and member of the Presidency of BiH Milorad Dodik stated that what he said last night at the session of the RS National Assembly on eavesdropping on the opposition "was a performance" and that does not work in RS.
The one who eavesdrops, as he says, certainly does not talk about it publicly.
In a statement to reporters in Banja Luka, Dodik said that in this way he wanted to point out to some opposition MPs how the performance, which they often resorted to, looks like.
He is not worried, he said, about the announcement of lawsuits.
“In RS, no one ever eavesdrops. We do not have the capacity for that,” he added.
He announced that they would amend the parliamentary Rules of Procedure and that "charades will not be allowed in the National Assembly", which he accuses the opposition of.
Republika Srpska Interior Minister Dragan Lukač also said earlier that no one in RS was eavesdropping, and that Dodik was playing a political game with MPs Nebojša Vukanović and Draško Stanivuković.
However, the opposition announced criminal complaints against Dodik and Lukač for, as they stated, unauthorized eavesdropping.
