SARAJEVO, May 31 (FENA) - FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, suspended director of the FBiH Civil Protection Administration Fahrudin Solak and owner of the company "Srebrena malina" Fikret Hodžić, suspects in the "Ventilators" affair, left the premises of the Court of BiH in Sarajevo this afternoon.

It appears that they will defend themselves in the continuation of the trial at large, although the Court has not yet released any official information.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina accuses the three of them, using the emergency situation caused by the pandemic, to devise a plan in order to obtain money for the purchase of ventilators.

The Prosecution has requested 30 days of custody for the suspects in a case called "Fadil Novalić et al." due to the danger of collusion and the fear that the suspects would influence witnesses and accomplices while at large.
