Ministry of Civil Affairs: 180 new cases of coronavirus in BiH in last 24 hours

SARAJEVO, July 2 (FENA) - According to the data of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH, 4.788 confirmed cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Bosnia and Herzegovina so far, of which 2.372 in the Republika Srpska, 2.386 in the Federation of BiH, and 30 in the Brčko District.

In the last 24 hours, 180 new cases of coronavirus were registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina.   

In the Federation of BiH, 1.447 samples were tested, of which 122 were positive for COVID-19.

New cases in the Federation of BiH have been registered in Tuzla, Zenica-Doboj, Herzegovina-Neretva, Central Bosnia, Una-Sana, Bosnia-Podrinje and Sarajevo Canton.

In Republika Srpska, 311 laboratory samples were tested in the past 24 hours, and coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 58 people, according to the RS Institute of Public Health.

According to the place of residence, nine people are from Banja Luka, seven from Pale, six from Bijeljina, four each from Kostajnica and Zvornik, three from Lopar, two each from Ljubinje, East Sarajevo, Sokolac and Šamac and one person each from Prijedor, East Ilidža, Trebinje, Mrkonjić Grad, Modriča, Doboj, Šekovići, Srebrenica, Ugljevik, Milići, Berkovići, Višegrad, Nevesinje, Teslić, Novi Goražde, Kozarska Dubica and Rogatica.
