SARAJEVO, July 5 (FENA) - Bosnian-Herzegovinian company Derubis Yachts from Vitez hosted on Saturday evening in Sarajevo the world premiere of a new model of the yacht Derubis 44 Fly, which was made in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The yacht is 14 meters long, 4.5 meters wide and six meters high and will be on display at the BiH Square in Sarajevo until Sunday evening.

It has three floors and is designed to accommodate 10 adults, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a swimming pool.

Derubis Yachts co-owner Lejla Kraljević said that at the start of this project they worked in a storage space at minus 5 degrees Celsius, and some of the workers have never seen a ship up close before.

“We did not just build a ship, but a shipyard for serial production of ships,” Kraljević pointed out.

The event was also attended by the Prime Minister of FBiH Fadil Novalić, who stated that the authorities in BiH are ready to change the perception of doing business with domestic and foreign companies in our country.

He added that primarily talks about easing the conditions for obtaining permits, concessions and all other bureaucratic procedures.

“Nevertheless, we set one condition for everyone, domestic and foreign investors, and that is to use the up to date equipment, machines and the most advanced technology. Times of worn-out machines and cheap labor no longer exist. With this project, which was presented this evening, we want to show everyone that BiH is able to cope with even the most demanding technological challenges,” said Novalić.
