SARAJEVO, July 6 (FENA) - Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly and Deputy President of the HDZ BiH Borjana Krišto told reporters after a session of the House's extended collegium that the budget of the state institutions and international obligations for 2020 will be discussed at a session scheduled for tomorrow.

The Presidency of BiH sent the Budget Proposal for 2020 to the parliamentary procedure, with a request for consideration under the urgent procedure.

Krišto, presenting the position of the HDZ BiH, said that she would propose that the budget be considered in the regular procedure.

“The Presidency of BiH violated the Law on Financing, the Law on Budget, because they were not supposed to do interventions into those segments that are not in the competence of the Presidency of BiH as a proposer. Therefore, we believe the budget proposal should be considered in a regular procedure,” said Kristo.

Asked to comment on the election results in the Republic of Croatia and the victory of the HDZ, she said that to her, given how the Croatian Democratic Union works and Andrej Plenković as its president and as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, this came as no surprise.

Asked what she expects from tomorrow's meeting of the leaders of the SDA, HDZ and SNSD, she stated that she could not say that everything has been agreed.

“We will try to at least make a step forward when it comes to everything that is needed at this time for BiH and its peoples and citizens,” concluded Krišto.

When asked by a journalist to comment on the statement of the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to BiH that pushing BiH into NATO actually threats the security and stability of the country, Krišto answered that she had not read it and would not comment on anyone's statements.
