SARAJEVO, July 9 (FENA) – An MP of the Party of Democratic Action in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Adil Osmanović believes that all those who voted today against the Draft Law on the Budget of BiH Institutions and BiH International Obligations for 2020 do not want local elections to be held.
“We were afraid that SNSD and HDZ would continue to challenge the legality of the election of the Central Election Commission,” said Osmanović.
He pointed out that the two parties are participating in work of the BiH Council of Ministers, which submitted the Budget Proposal to the BiH Presidency.
He considers it inappropriate for the position that proposed the budget to vote against it.
Osmanović pointed out that it is symptomatic that the opposition did not want to support the budget, emphasizing that they did not even have the proposed amendments.
