SARAJEVO, July 13 (FENA) - Emergency session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly at which Report of Collegium Commission on efforts to reach an agreement on the Draft Law on the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations of BiH for 2020, proposed by the Presidency BiH, will be discussed is scheduled for July 15.
As the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH told FENA, the Collegium did not reach an agreement on the proposed law, so the House will decide on it in the second round of voting.
The Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives define that if the Collegium of the House fails to reach an agreement, the decision is made by a majority of the total number of deputies present and voting, provided that the votes against do not contain two thirds or more of deputies elected from each entity.
At the emergency session on July 9, the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, in the first reading, discussed the Draft Law on the Budget of BiH Institutions and BiH's International Obligations for 2020, when did not receive the required entity majority, and was forwarded to the Collegium for harmonization.
