SARAJEVO, March 2 (FENA) - The Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that it is monitoring the refugee situation in Ukraine, bearing in mind that due to the war, a significant number of residents were forced to leave the area and seek shelter and protection in other countries.

They add that for that purpose, they continuously exchange information with competent international organizations so that, if necessary, in accordance with regulations and available capacities, BiH can adequately provide assistance to Ukrainian citizens who may seek protection in our country.

For this purpose, the Ministry of Security of BiH has accommodation facilities in the Asylum Center Delijaš near Trnovo, which is fully functional and equipped for this purpose.

Also available is the Salakovac Refugee Reception Center, which is under the jurisdiction of the BiH Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees.
