SARAJEVO, May 26 (FENA) - President of the Party of Democratic Action Bakir Izetbegović said at a solemn session of the Main Board on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the Party that the SDA must last and must remain the leading party.
According to him, there are two strong reasons or arguments for that.
“The first reason is that the SDA is the political response of Bosniaks and all Bosnian patriots to historical pressure, it is a reflection of their emotions, interests, wills, the necessary cohesion force that holds them together and makes them a political factor. Another reason or argument is that in addition to the faith and desire of what I said, we also have the strength, knowledge and ability to solve every problem that our people and state face, or at least reduce it to a tolerable level,” said Izetbegović.
He noted that in the last two terms held by SDA, especially the Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH Fadil Novalić and ministers at the FBiH level, "we have faced riots, arson, floods, the migrant crisis, the pandemic, the severe political crisis and the blockades at the state and FBiH levels."
