SARAJEVO, May 29 (FENA) - The attack on the boy in Milići is a continuation of pressure on Bosniaks in RS, said Adil Osmanović, Vice President of SDA and Head of the SDA caucus in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the occasion of the brutal attack on a Bosniak boy in Milići.
“The latest attack on the boy in Milići is the continuity of attacks, pressures and discrimination against Bosniak returnees in the RS entity. On behalf of the Party of Democratic Action and on my own behalf, I condemn any act of violence and incitement to hatred, especially when it comes to the returnee population,” said Osmanović.
He expects the RS Ministry of the Interior and judicial institutions to finally identify, prosecute and punish the attackers on returnees in Podrinje, but also in other parts of the RS entity.
As he says, despite the statements of the competent entity institutions in which they claim to investigate cases of attacks on returnees, previous experiences cannot make us optimistic that the attackers on the boy in Milići will be prosecuted and adequately punished.
