SARAJEVO/TEL AVIV, June 8 (FENA) - During an official visit to the State of Israel, Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dragan Čović spoke with Ram Ben Barak, head of the Israeli Parliament's Defense and External Relations Committee.
Officials spoke about the homeland security of BiH and Israel, as well as the security of the population, as well as the political situation in BiH. Mutual interest in improving relations and cooperation between the two countries in all areas, especially in the fields of economy, economy and security, was emphasized.
Čović thanked Israel for its support to BiH, and expressed readiness to continue constructive cooperation, assistance, and dialogue in the field of democratic and reform processes in BiH.
After working meetings and an official greeting from the Knesset chairman, Čović visited holy sites that respect the three religions in Jerusalem. He stressed that peace and stability around the world must be common priorities.
The Speaker of the House of Peoples visited IAI ELTA Systems, where he discussed possible development projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Public Relations Department of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
