SARAJEVO, July 4 (FENA) - The coalition "Željko Komšić for a Civic State" (DF-GS) submitted to the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina today lists of candidates for participation in the October elections.

The Secretary- General of the Democratic Front (DF) Dženan Đonlagić said in a statement to the media that they are going to the elections in full capacity: for a member of the BiH Presidency from the Croat people, for the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, the FBiH Parliament and the cantonal assemblies.

Also in the electoral unit of the entity of Republika Srpska the DF participates in the coalition the Movement for the State, and for the first time since its establishment, they expect to have an elected representative in the National Assembly of the RS.

"This time we are coming out with a very clear message, a politically consistent idea of how we see the future organization of Bosnia and Herzegovina - based on civic principles and as a civic society. We want to finally organize Bosnia and Herzegovina according to the values that apply in all EU member states and that is the equal value of the vote and that we are all the same before the constitution and the law," said Đonlagić.

That political concept, he added, and that political idea for the civic state of BiH represents our key political message for the upcoming elections.

When asked by a journalist to comment on the HDZ president's message that they "should not put Croat candidates on their lists", he believes that "it is another in a series of apartheid, discriminatory policies that the HDZ and the HNS advocate for".

"We do not care about such appeals and we are not interested in who personally participates in front of the HDZ or the HNS. We place a civic concept and the civic organization of the state of BiH to that political concept and that political model of action as propagated by the HDZ BiH and the HNS," emphasized Đonlagić.

Citizens, he confirmed, have the free political right to choose whom they want, and political subjects have the freedom to nominate their representatives and candidates according to the constitution and the law. According to him, this is another in a series of wrong political moves of the HNS and the HDZ, which in this case coincides or is personalized with the president of the HDZ.

Asked if he expects Komšić to win, he said that "the people will decide whether they want a 2:1 ratio for BiH or against BiH in the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina."
