SARAJEVO, August 19 (FENA) - The Association "Bosnian-Chinese Friendship" successfully organized the first forum with the symbolic name "Coffee and tea", which brought together representatives of the academic and diplomatic community and intellectuals who deal with China in their public activities or are interested in Chinese topics.
At the first forum, which, according to the idea of the organizers, has an unofficial form and was therefore held in the summer garden of a Chinese restaurant, the audience was addressed by the ambassador of the People's Republic of China in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ji Ping, who made an introductory presentation on today's topic, which is the question of Taiwan . Along with the historical cross-section of Taiwan in the previous few centuries, Ambassador Ji spoke, among other things, about the reasons why China's about the reasons why China wholeheartedly opposes foreign interference in the solution to people "on both sides of the Taiwan Strait".

Several hundreds of thousands of young Taiwanese are studying at the best universities on the China’s mainland - Ambassador Ji said, among other things, giving examples of the practical life of Chinese people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, stressing that China maintains its position on the three red lines, namely the fact that the separatist forces caused Taiwan to separate from China; major events that will lead to the secession of Taiwan from China; developments in which the possibility of peaceful unification was completely lost - the SAssociation said.
After the part in which the participants had the opportunity to ask questions and comment on various aspects of the Taiwan question, the president of the "Bosnian-Chinese Friendship" Association, Faruk Borić, presented to the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Ji Ping the position of the association, which expressed opposition to foreign interference in the resolution of the Taiwan question.
"Coffee and tea" is a symbolic name used by the organizer of the forum to emphasize the similarities and reasons that exist between European countries, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, and China, but which can sit at the same table and discuss topics of common interest and importance.
