Tegeltija-Kankanpa: Good bilateral relations between Finland and BiH, stronger economic ties needed

SARAJEVO, February 23 (FENA) - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Minister of Finance and Treasury Zoran Tegelti today received the non-resident ambassador of Finland to Bosnia and Herzegovina seated in Croatia, Kale Kankanpa.

The Finnish ambassador handed Minister Tegeltija a letter from the finance ministers of Finland and Indonesia regarding the Coalition of Finance Ministers for Climate Action, inviting BiH to join this association that gathers economic experts and government representatives from around 70 countries, said the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH. 

It was pointed out that this coalition has a significant role in finding a global economic and fiscal response to climate change, in which the ministries of finance of all participating countries play a significant role.

At the meeting, it was assessed that bilateral relations are good and that it is necessary to strengthen the economic ties between the two countries.
