SARAJEVO, February 28 (FENA) - Delegates in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Šefik Džaferović, Dženan Đonlagić, Džemal Smajić, Safet Softić and Zlatko Miletić, submitted today to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a request for an assessment of the constitutionality of the Law on Immovable Property, which used for the functioning of the public authorities of the Republika Srpska.
The petition requested the annulment of the aforementioned law. The adoption of a temporary measure was also requested, which would immediately prohibit the application of the aforementioned law until the final decision of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is made, announced the Public Relations Department of the PSBiH.
