SARAJEVO, March 20 (FENA) - A member of the Democratic Front (DF) in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Milan Dunović, said today that the new government has shown that the violation of the country's sovereignty is a completely acceptable topic to them.
Dunović referred to the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH, which he proposed together with MPs Zlatan Begić and Vlatko Glavaš and which provides for the punishment of violations against the sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina since the Constitutional Law Committee of the House of Representatives of the BiHPA did not determine its compatibility with the Constitution of BiH.
He underlined that this means that anyone who rebels against the violation of BiH's sovereignty is actually not working in accordance with the Constitution.
Dunović reminded that the parliamentary majority delegated the members of the Constitutional Law Committee, which means that the representatives of the Three parties delivered the Commission to those who will work against the interests of Bosnia and Herzegovina at every opportunity.
He pointed out that this makes the representatives of the Three parties accomplices because they are also the government, and the opposition does not have a majority in the said committee.
Dunović underlined that sovereignty is defined in the preamble of the BiH Constitution and that the Constitutional Law Committee did not provide any explanation on why, according to them, punishing the violation of sovereignty is not in accordance with the Constitution.
