SARAJEVO, March 21 (FENA) - The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH) has prepared a publication entitled "Analysis of Invalid Ballots - General Elections 2022".

CEC BiH prepared this publication to inform the public in BiH on more detailed insight into the issue, which has not been professionally and scientifically researched, and to contribute to further and more comprehensive research into the phenomenon of invalid ballots, i.e. to try to answer the question - why voters insert unfilled (empty) ballots into the ballot box and/or ballots that are improperly marked or intentionally made invalid, which is why they will not be counted or affect the final results of the election.

This special edition of the BiH Central Election Commission has focused on invalid ballots and presents it as part of the "Electoral Law in Practice - General Elections 2022" edition.

The Central Election Commission of BiH believes that this publication will serve political analysts, lawyers, electoral and all other stakeholders participating in the election process as a source of useful data from the official records available to the Central Election Commission of BiH, announced the Central Election Commission of BiH.
