Industrial production in FBiH grows by 1.3 percent in March, with a drop of 4.9 percent annually

SARAJEVO, April 26 (FENA) - The total seasonally adjusted industrial production in the Federation of BiH in March compared to February 2023 was higher by 1.3 percent, while compared to March 2022 it was lower by 4.9 percent.

According to the GIG aggregates, in March compared to February 2023, Consumer Durables increased by 5.1 percent, Intermediate Products increased by 2.5 percent, and Energy increased by 1.5 percent.

Capital products decreased by 4.9 percent and non-durable consumer goods decreased by 1.5 percent.

On an annual basis, in March 2023 compared to the same month last year, consumer durables increased by 10 percent.

Capital products are down by 7 percent, non-durable consumer goods are down by 5.8 percent, intermediate products are down by 5.7 percent and energy is down by 3.6 percent.

On an annual level, in March 2023, compared to the same month last year, industrial production, calendar-adjusted, in production and supply of electricity and gas increased by 0.4 percent.
