International Fair of Tourism and Ecology 'List' opens in Lukavac today

Konaković emphasized the importance of the fair and expressed his gratitude to the organizer for its perseverance and persistence in developing the fair event for 21 years.

“We live in the most beautiful country in the world with a perfect geographical location, rich culture, history, tradition and natural beauty. Today, this integrative fair brings together people from our friendly countries and the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as from different political parties. Things like this bring us together and give guidelines on how to act together, to make life easier for people in BiH and to stay or possibly return young people who have already left this country,” Konaković said.

According to the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Denis Zvizdić, such fairs are important because there is little talk about politics and a lot of talk about the economy, progress, development, investments, the creation of new jobs, that is, about all topics that are essential for the progress of the state and citizens.

Zvizdić added that the Tourism and Ecology Fair is something by which BiH can be recognized not only in the region but also in the whole world.

Director of the Lukavac Tourism and Ecology Fair, Izet Nuhanović, said that despite the economic crisis and a noticeable lack of financial resources, they are proud that the Lukavac Tourism Fair survives year after year.

“We decided to fight the recession with work, effort, but above all by developing friendly relations with our guests and exhibitors,” said Nuhanović.

Exhibitors and guests of the LIST 2023 Fair come from Montenegro, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Turkey, Italy, Albania. Nuhanović expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed to the fair being held for 20 years and more, and especially to the representatives of the company Sisecam soda Lukavac, the gold sponsor of the fair.
