SARAJEVO, June 13 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elmedin Konaković, as part of his official visit to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, spoke during a working dinner with an MP and Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for BiH in the British Parliament Alicia Kearns and Chair of the organization 'Remembering Srebrenica' from Great Britain, Waqar Azmi, about the current political situation in BiH and global security challenges.
The interlocutors also discussed further models of UK aid to our country. It was emphasized that the relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United Kingdom are good and friendly. They highlighted continuous and intensive political dialogue and substantial cooperation in numerous areas.
Minister Konaković expressed gratitude to his interlocutors for the support and help they have provided to BiH for years, as well as for the activities that contribute to preserving the truth about what happened in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and during the meeting he presented them with the "Flower of Srebrenica", a symbol of memory for the victims of genocide, the Press Service of the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced.
