SARAJEVO, June 14 (FENA) - President of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Semir Efendić, said at a press conference in Sarajevo that at the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that party is not part of the parliamentary majority and that they did not want to participate in the formation of the government that was appointed on the unconstitutional way.

He stated that the representatives of that party in the FBiH Parliament will try to work in the way that is best for the citizens and that is expected of them.

He said that there were certain dilemmas, even speculation in the public, that the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina could still be part of the majority and pointed out that the conclusion is clear - it will be "an active and quality opposition" in the Parliament.

He explained that this implies that their caucus will support everything good on the agenda of the FBiH Parliament for the sake of the citizens, criticize everything bad in the harshest and most detailed way, and actively participate in proposing laws, amendments, decisions and other acts within parliament.

As for the Sarajevo Canton, Efendić said that the Party for BiH signed the Agreement on the government formation with the parties of the Troika, where the government was appointed and the implementation of that agreement began.

Head of the Caucus of the Party for BiH in the FBiH Parliament, Admir Čavalić, said that at the FBiH level, they participate as an active, constructive opposition open to all good government solutions.

In response to a journalist's question regarding the election of a judge of the Constitutional Court, he said that it was a key item on the agenda of the next session.
