KONJIC, June 30 (FENA) - President of the People and Justice Party Elmedin Konaković said today in Konjic, after a meeting of representatives of the parties that make up the government at the state level, that the lower level of government cannot delegate decisions to the higher because this represents an attack on the constitutional order.
Speaking about the decisions of the National Assembly of the RS on the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, he added that anyone who tries to implement such decisions will find themselves in big trouble and appealed to them not to do so.
"The decisions of the Constitutional Court are a response to the attempt to block its work and a confirmation that the institutions of BiH are functioning and that they are stronger than some would like," said Konaković.
He emphasized that they still have a difficult obligation to make progress on the path of reform and EU integration with the people with whom they formed partnerships in government at the state level.
"Our responsibility towards the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina is to do what we can so that the country functions and takes advantage of the momentum we are talking about," said Konaković.
He said that they expect sharp reactions from foreign officials to the decisions of the RSNA and that representatives of the Troika will show the legal power of BiH and put them out of force.
