SARAJEVO, July 2 (FENA) - Milorad Dodik and the authorities in the RS entity cannot act outside the legal framework of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as Dodik did today from Kozara, a place of partisan resistance, pride and suffering, wrote SDP President, Nermin Nikšić, on his Facebook page.
"The Constitutional Court and the High Representative are indisputable Dayton categories. We have already had a discussion about this and I have no intention of repeating what has already been said. Regardless of what any of us think about it, Christian Schmidt is a legal and legitimate high representative, and I have no intention of wasting time discussing the indisputable. All state institutions are obliged to continue doing their work, from the legislative and executive to the judiciary," said Nikšić.
As he says, parties based in Republika Srpska must accept the fact that the Law on non-application of decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a thing of the past.
"Therefore, I once again call on Dodik to return to our obligations and continue working on fulfilling what we promised to the citizens of both entities. There is no alternative to conversation, compromise and fulfilling the 14 priorities on the way to the European Union," said Nikšić.
