SARAJEVO, July 7 (FENA) - President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik signed the Decree on the promulgation of amendments that prevent the publication of decisions of the High Representative of BiH in the Official Gazette of the RS entity.
On the basis of Article 80, paragraph 1, item 4 of the Constitution of the Republika Srpska, Dodik signed the Decree on the Promulgation of the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Publication of Laws and Other Regulations of the Republika Srpska, which was adopted by the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska on 21 June 2023, announced the Office of the President of Republika Srpska.
